California Programs

Central Coast Community Energy (3CE)

PG&E customers in Monterey, San Benito, San Luis Obispo, Santa Cruz, or Santa Barbara counties may qualify for up to 50% off the retail price of a Monarch MK-V Tractor through the 3CE program. This initiative supports savings and emissions reduction in agriculture.

Carl Moyer Subsidy Program - California Air Resources Board

Receive 50–85% off the cost of an MK-V electric tractor through the Carl Moyer Program. This California state-funded initiative replaces diesel equipment to cut emissions and improve air quality. Your old diesel tractor could qualify for scrap-and-replace savings.

Rural Electrification & Charging Tech. (REACT) Program

The REACT program covers 25–100% of charger hardware, installation, and management software for EV tractors like the MK-V. Plus, eligible CA farmers can save 10–15% on electricity costs, making the benefits of electrification more accessible.

Clean Off-Road Equipment (CORE) Subsidy Program

Save up to $68,000 on your Monarch MK-V with the CORE Program. This $64 million California initiative accelerates the adoption of zero-emission, off-road equipment through significant point-of-sale discounts.

Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP)

Get over 50% off the MK-V through EQIP, a USDA NRCS program that funds solutions to improve air quality, soil, and water. If your operation addresses resource concerns like dust control, reduced emissions, or habitat protection, you're likely eligible.

Federal Programs

Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP):

Apply for the EQIP program to receive over 50% OFF the retail price of a MK-V. The EQIP (Environmental Quality Incentives Program) USDA NRCS program provides technical and financial assistance for farmers to address natural resource concerns, such as improved air quality or wildlife habitat.
