Livermore, California – March 5, 2025 Monarch Tractor, maker of the MK-V — the world’s first fully electric, driver-optional, and smart tractor — announces the appointment of a new executive hire, Steve Peck, as Chief Revenue Officer. Bringing two decades of experience in sales, business development, and deep go-to-market strategy across manufacturing and software verticals, Peck joins Monarch’s C-suite playing a key role in expanding Monarch’s lead in the ag robotics space, while driving the company’s momentum in AI-powered technology and licensing software.
Strengthening Monarch’s Position as an Industry Leader
With its increasing shift towards automation, agriculture technology is in the middle of a historic transformation. As the only manufacturer to package electrification, autonomy, and digital connectivity into a driver-optional tractor, Monarch successfully brought an energy and digital platform to agriculture and land management applications. The MK-V takes a tractor’s pragmatic ability to perform multiple tasks and combines it with the fuel and emissions savings of electrification and the value of autonomy as a labor force multiplier. Overcoming the economic challenges posed to the ag sector across the board throughout 2024, Monarch named Peck as CRO to expand the company’s lead in the ag robotic space with its energy and digital platform. Peck will reinforce Monarch’s positive sales momentum from the end of Q4, 2024 into 2025 as well as play a central role in driving large enterprise sales and key account management with the goal of tripling smart tractor sales in 2025 with Monarch’s digital services.
