Preparing your tractor for service

At some point during the life of your tractor you may need service that requires transporting your tractor to the Monarch Tractor headquarters in Livermore, California. Our goal is to immediately assess your tractor so we can return your equipment as quickly as possible. Before transporting your tractor for service, please read the steps below to avoid any delays.

If your tractor is used in settings with animal waste, transporting a dirty tractor is a health hazard. Washing your tractor in an area where animal waste can be safely disposed of before transporting the tractor is very important.

Note: If a dirty tractor is delivered to Monarch Tractor, a cleaning fee of $199+ will be charged to the owner of the tractor.

To prepare your tractor for service:
  1. If the tractor is charging, disconnect the charger.
  2. Wash the tractor with soap and water, including the roof and the underbody. Do not use a pressure washer.
  3. Make sure the steps are completely clear of debris or animal waste. Monarch Tractor team members can’t safely board a tractor with dirty steps.
  4. Make sure the front of the tractor is clean, so service team members can touch the tractor.
  5. Once the tractor is clean, it’s time to transport the tractor.
